Stayed here with a friend. The house is clean and wired. Massive TV in the living room! It was nice to have laundry available and I did use it before heading out for the next leg of my trip. Neighborhood is quirky and never felt unsafe. I spent most of my time when at the house sitting in the comfy chair. I would gladly stay here again.

The house was very cute inside and out. Plenty of space for my family of 4. The totelt was a hit with ALL! The theology in the house is great!!! Alexa powered lights was very night. We enjoyed ringing in the New Year with a game and movie night, the access to all streamimg networks was more than we could have asked for. Very nice and would stay again if to return to Springfield.

Overall okay. Husband liked TV. One bathroom but mudroom had mirror, outlet, shelf, lighting to get hair & makeup ready outside of bathroom. Wise. We disliked the smart lighting/wiring a lot. Turning on or off one switch impacts multiple areas without a pattern that we could pick up in the days we were there. Example: during middle of the night turning on bathroom light also turned on bedroom light. Had to wake up & shut off. Recommend non-stick pan for cooking eggs breakfast. No fun cleaning up the pan that was there. Saw 1 bug in bathroom. A previous review & reply mentioned that. It appears to still be an issue being dealt with.

Very satisfied with our accommodations in Springfield Missouri.

The property was super cute and was perfect for a weekend trip with me and my 3 friends. The place was updated with tons of technology and safety features that we, as 3 girls, felt more comfortable with. The neighborhood is not the best, but I never felt unsafe while staying here. The property owner was awesome too, quick to respond and was accommodating for some adjustments we had to make with our stay.
